Some styles are painted similar or complimentary color to the front, some are stained & some are kept natural. No protective coating is added to the back to allow the wood to absorb essential oils if you plan to use them as diffiuser earrings. This pair of wood earrings is accented with bronze, silver color or gunmetal color findings. They are laser engraved & hand colored. The earring wires are typically stainless steel.
