This long tulle skirt is a one size fits all with a wrap tie ribbon waistband that can be adjusted to anyone & would be ideal for a Wedding Dress or Bridesmaid Skirt. It can be made in ANY Color OR Length shown here in blush pink. The lining & waistband is of a soft satin fabric of the same or contrasting color as the tulle. Satin waistband is open in back but overlaps & wraps around to create more fullness in back & to tie in front, back or on the side. Taking Measurements - Place measuring tape at waist area where you will want the waistband to sit.
