Finally made a beautiful side table for my awesome Kolo coffee table! I managed to acquire 2 enormous 12’ tall solid oak wine tanks from Napa made in the 50’s. After decades of producing quality wine, they were retired & sent to my shop to take on a new life as art & furniture. Handcrafted from retired Napa wine barrels in the heart of California wine country, our exquisite art collection showcases rustic elegance unique to California wine culture. Available in a wide variety of designs & customizable options, our extensive yet singular collection is sure to be the most functional piece of art you own! The “Kunagi” table is made entirely form the giant tank wood that has been carefully taken apart & fashioned into a fully functional side table & then we inlaid steel stripes into the wood for additional architectural detail. The sturdy steel frame is welded in house out of recycled steel & is super strong. We just love the raw steel against the red wine wood! Beautiful & elegant, it highlights the dark red wine color & a strip of recycled steel around the edges gives it even more character.
