This is a vintage Sugar-Free Diet-Rite Cola Soda Pop Advertising Tin Tacker Sign Authentic & original Estimated early 1960’s It has been nailed/mounted to a wooden board Sign itself measures approx. 32" x 12", with the board it measures approx. 37.5" x 14.5" Note: will ship for free either USPS, FedEx or UPS, depending on which method is cheaper as this sign is very heavy because of the board Condition Details: Sign is worn with fading, color loss, dents & dings, especially around the edges. It has rusting in spots. Still, most of the color & graphics are still here. It has been nailed to a large piece of wood, which is quite heavy. The wood actually is old & looks good & would look good hanging around would allow the sign to be hung without damaging it further. I believe someone did this to protect the sign, as its a thin tin tacker style. I believe it would be possible to carefully remove the nails if you wanted to take the sign off the wood, but it would be difficult & I didn’t want to risk damaging the sign more trying. I should also mention in the corner there’s a small spot where someone put scotch tape, probably to affix a price sticker. I have left it on because I believe if removed it could cause paint loss.
