This is a weighted gold metal commercial Scotch tape dispenser. Featuring a surface grip bottom, it is made of heavy metal & will hold firmly while you dispense tape with one hand. The wheel (made by 3M) will accommodate a roll of tape with a 3" core. The tape shown is for display & not included in the sale. The dispenser is 10" long, 3 1/2" wide & 4 1/2" tall. It is heavy weighing 4 pounds on its own. There is some surface wear, missing finish & scuffing, all pictured. The padded base, while in good condition, also has a few spatters of paint & a small missing piece. There is heavy wear on the front & on the tape cutter as well. This is a vintage item & is used.
