This is a really nice vintage Liz Claiborne pencil skirt. Embroidered denim, 5 pocket style, kick pleat in back, seems to be in perfect condition. I wish I could fit it! It measures lying flat across the top/waist about 15" closes with a zipper & has a classic denim style button you see on jeans, about 35" long. It is tagged a Size 10 & seems to be true to size.
