Gorgeous handmade woven table. Outstanding craftsmanship in the bentwood & reed…the perfection it takes to create the top plane. A very sturdy & strong piece. Could be used as a side table or stool. I do believe it was meant as a stool? The cross bracing of the interior for strength, to me, is indicative of that. Though again, it would serve as a table. As is, or perhaps with a glass top.
