Evan Picone has always made the best pencil skirts from the 40s through the 80s I can always spot them in a crowd & this 80s does 50s doesn’t disappoint. Charcoal black, fully lined, 80% wool & 20% poly with 2 hidden hip pockets. Marked a size 12 but please compare my hand measurements to a favorite piece of your own. Waist 26", hips up to 42", pockets are 7" x 6", closes with a single button & hook & eye, total length from top of waist to bottom is 27.5". in excellent condition with no flaws or issues.
