High waisted, emerald green, leather pencil skirt. Skirt is fully lined in a black & white polka dot material that I believe was added & not original to the skirt. Skirt zips up the back with a button closure at the top, there is no stretch to the leather. in overall great vintage condition, with no major flaws, no holes, weird smells, snags, etc. There are no labels or tags, would guess it would best fit a modern size small to small medium, please check measurements for best fit.
