Waterbury Padlocks & Tape Measures was located in Milford Connecticut from 1925 to 1983 where they produced locks & tape measures under the trade name Walsco. Bike locks & small luggage locks were made under that name in addition to better quality locks branded Waterbury which I’ve sold & have some in stock. The tape measure was given out by a sales representative Jim Riggs.
