Vintage circa 1950’s “One Stop” pin reel mechanical pencil made by Ballou & Boss Inc of Central Falls, RI with a sterling silver Cross demi that measures 3 1/2". There is a nice little design on the reel with etched green & pink leaves. Chain extends to 16" this was designed to be pinned to a ladies sweater or lapel to have a pencil handy.
