This is a great design by an unknown maker, I suspect it was made by Master Rule Mfg Co. The Equiptable Savings & Loan Association opened just after the end of WWII & the building went up in 1948 & is presently on the National Historic Building list, the address now is 621 SW 6th Ave but this tape shows 611.
