Gorgeous silky liquid-like gold & turquoise brocade skirt - very flowy & light, probably rayon. The pattern is very Japanese-seeming - bamboo, cherry blossom branches, & uprooted grasses. Not a tight pencil skirt, but it definitely has that shape. It seems homemade. Turquoise side zipper on the left. The darts at the top & the stitching on the waistband are slightly awkwardly done if you look closely - hence my belief that it’s homemade - but it really doesn’t take away from the gorgeous effect, IMO.
