Stellar ’50s tweedy pencil skirt in really nice vintage condition! Light signs of wear, no major flaws to note! No tags or labels present. I think this fabric is a sturdy cotton, possibly a cotton/wool blend, but I’m not positive. Either way, it’s pretty incredible! Navy blue & cream/natural color in a textured, super sturdy weave, it’s a bit tweedy, but not totally, but it is, does that make sense? The colors almost give the skirt a gray-ish coloration, but up close it’s definitely navy/natural. Vertical center seams in front & back with two shaping darts in front & 4 in back for a super tailored, high waisted fit. 6 inch kick pleat in the back of the skirt. 6.5 inch metal MARK zipper on the left side with a button closure at the waistband. Measurements laying flat are approximately: Waist: 13 inches, 26 inches around the waist. Hips: 19 inches, can slightly stretch to 20-ish inches, 38 - 40 inches max around the hips.
