Vintage late 1950s to 1960s bright red, pink & green floral slim fitting silk pencil dress with a matching 3/4 length sleeve jacket. Dress & jacket are both fully lined. The jacket closes with 3 large textured round green plastic buttons & has a boxy shape to it. The dress has a nylon zipper, these weren’t commonly used until the 1960s but some were used a bit earlier. The zipper sticks a little but is working. Condition There is some fraying & splitting to the silk on the back right top side of the dress where the silk meets the lining. The jacket also has some fraying & the silk is splitting from the seam at the top back of the neck. The sleeves on the jacket have some light fading but it blends into the design of the fabric.
