Early 1990’s “Carlisle” brand pencil skirt. This looks pink in some of these pictures, but it is true RED. 100% wool, in a twill type weave, with acetate lining. Back zip & button closure. Tagged as a 12, but fits a little smaller by today’s standards, more like 10 or even curvy 8. The waist measures 30.75", & the hip is 42.5", there is no stretch to either. 26.5" long.
