SIZING: Grab a measuring tape or string & wrap it tightly around wrist, right where you would wear your bracelet. Then measure string against ruler. That is your wrist size. For a snug fitted bracelet use wrist size. OR Depending how you would like your bracelet to fit you can add UP to 1/2". If you are in between sizes, I would recommend sizing down since they do stretch. If this is a gift I would recommend a 6 1/2". For example, my wrist is 5 7/8" & I wear the 6" bracelet although I stack my wrist with multiple bracelets & wear up to a 6 1/4". JEWELRY CARE TIPS: Gold filled stretch bracelets should be rolled on & off to preserve size. Bracelet is water & tarnish resistant. So YES, wear it to swim, sweat or shower in! Although, exposure to pools, perfumes, lotions & other chemicals can cause your jewelry to tarnish if not taken care of properly. Wash in warm soapy water & air dry.
