Set of 4 white oak table legs. These are handmade in small batches using premium grade white oak. Each leg attaches to your table top using 3 screws. We offer these legs unfinished (ready for your stain, paint or clear coat) -OR - finished with two coats of polyurethane. The stock photos on white background show the legs unfinished. The pictures of the finished coffee table show the legs with two coats of polyurethane. Please remember no two pieces of wood are identical. The exact wood tone & grain pattern will vary. Installation: We recommend installing these at a 45 degree angle to the top (as pictured). This will greatly increase the rigidity & strength of the table. Each leg has 3 pre-drilled holes for wood screws. Two of these holes are drilled at an angle to simplify installation & increase strength. Place your table top upside down on a clean surface. Lay out the legs in your chosen position & predrill the top using the leg holes as a guide. Take care not to drill all the way through the top. Choose your screw length based on the thickness of your top. Your screws should penetrate the underside of your top as far as possible without protruding through the top. The table in the pictures has a 3/4" thick top. The screws protruded into the top almost 5/8". After assembly, we placed 175 pounds on the middle of the table with no deflection.
