Made with stretch cord, please roll bracelet on & off one at a time. SIZING: Grab a measuring tape or string & wrap it tightly around wrist, right where you would wear your bracelet. Then measure string against ruler. That is your wrist size. For a snug fitted bracelet use wrist size. OR Depending how you would like your bracelet to fit you can add UP to 1/2". If you are in between sizes, I would recommend sizing down since they do stretch. If this is a gift I would recommend a 6 1/2".
