Submarine first birthday banner. The flag is made out of white burlap. The rag tied garland is a combination of cotton fabric & grosgrain ribbons. Each piece is hand-tied onto the twine. The image is made out of heat vinyl transfer. There are 15 straps on each side of the flag. Please note that edges of the fabric straps are not finished & may be slightly fraying. The flag measures 18 x 22 cm (7" x 8,8"). The shipping time is approximately 7-10 business days within Europe, 10-20 days to USA, Canada. The other parts of the world it’s about 3-4 weeks.
