Please send your photos to Genevieve via Message, Purchase or place the order by going to the appropriate listing & click Add to cart You will then be walked through the order process & once it goes through you will receive notification your order was placed The wait period is usually around 4 weeks. Once your order is close to being completed you’ll be contacted to let you know & get you info on the progress & completion date of your piece. Once finished you can expect photographs to be sent to you. You’ll be requested to look over the work carefully & give approval on the portrait before it is mailed out to you. Shipping notifications are sent to you when the piece is packaged up & shipped out. You’ll have tracking info to keep watch of your portrait to your front door.
