This is a petite table lamp that I love making. I envision this design sitting on a kitchen counter or in an entryway accompanied by a dish for your keys. The spherical base is formed on a lathe from heavy-gauge brass. The brass is not lacquered, so it will develop a gorgeous patina. The linen shade, inspired by the work of Jean Royère, is custom made for my studio.
