Please refer to size chart pictured for sizing. How to measure Waist: The correct place to measure your waist is halfway between your lowest rib & the top of your hipbone. This is roughly in line with your belly button. Breathe out normally & measure. Make sure the tape is snug, without squeezing the skin. Hips: To measure your hips, remove your outer garments, put your feet together, & wrap a soft measuring tape straight & snug around the widest part of your hips.
