Each custom wooden disc has its own natural imperfections, such as grain patterns, or other blemishes which we do not attempt to hide, no two wooden discs will be exactly alike. We do not offer additional wooden discs or tape measurer color choices at this time. Each Woobies Corner tape measure is handmade to order. When placing your order, please ensure all names & spelling is correct as we custom make the wooden engraving exactly to your specifications. Please note however, we cannot be held responsible for any spelling mistakes, errors or typos in your message. Auto correct can be a real doozy, but to ensure accuracy - please proof read your message & personalizations prior to submitting your order. We understand that personalizations are exactly that, fun, sweet, inside jokes, personal - & do not consider it our place to question or automatically correct what may appear to be an error. All of our items are packaged securely, are insured, & include a tracking number so you’ll know exactly when your order will be arriving. To make sure delivery goes as smoothly as possible please have your items shipped to a safe location. Please remember to double check your shipping address PRIOR to submitting your order. All orders will be sent to the address on file & submitted at checkout. Once your shipping label has been printed, no additional changes can be made. If you realize after placing an order that the shipping address is incorrect, please get in touch with us immediately. If the shipping label to your order hasn’t been assigned yet, address changes might be able to be made. If your package is already in transit, please contact USPS directly at 1 (800) 275-8777 to have your order rerouted to the correct address. Please keep in mind that Woobies Corner is NOT responsible for non-delivered or mis-delivered packages due to incorrect shipping addresses. If a package is returned to us or delivered to an incorrect address, buyer will be responsible for additional shipping costs and, if needed, the cost of a new hammer to replace.
