The cutter is measured is from edge to edge at the longest point. Size is approximate. Color of cutter may vary. See additional photos for sizing. We print our cutters on a 3D printer. The PLA used is a food safe PLA. The cutters are best cared for by washing them in warm, soapy water. They are not dish washer safe. The dishwasher could warp, or melt your cutter.
