Peel-away grease pencils are a great toward-zero-waste marking option for glass, plastic, porcelain (china), & metal containers - & these are even better, as they’re gathered from post-consumer sources to help you avoid the upstream emissions of newly manufactured product. When you choose a single color option, you will receive one china marking pencil in your choice of color. When you choose the ‘rainbow’ option, you will receive six pencils: one each of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, & purple. Every pencil will be either new old stock or slightly used (the pencil you receive will be the longest we have in stock, & a minimum of 5.5" in length). You may find our shipping costs obscenely high for small, low priced goods (we agree!). USPS First Class mail uses Air Mail by default, & since our entire premise is to conduct the lowest-impact, most climate-competent consumer goods business model possible, we limit our shipping options to USPS Parcel Select, UPS Ground, & where applicable, Media Mail. This product does not qualify for Media Mail. We are happy to cover these higher shipping costs for any/all orders over $35 (and combining products reduces individual packaging requirements, another environmental win), so if you care to make it our cost, take a look around & see which other 100% secondhand sourced items you might be able to use! - Secondhand goods are embodied energy: choosing to purchase secondhand items instead of new extends the useful life of existing things & avoids the new manufacturing emissions that amplify climate change.
