I drew this owl with colored pencils back in 2013. I saw this owl in the winter time on the ground in my backyard & he wasn’t doing good. I took a photo of him because it’s mate was in the trees watching so I didn’t want to to move him in case he was just chilling. Unfortunately he past away over night so I drew his picture & buried him under a huge oak tree his mate watched me the whole time. That makes this a truly unique piece that I won’t draw again.
