The measurement tape should fit snugly around your wrist, with no play or space between your skin & the tape. STEP 2: If you are using a plain strip of paper, mark your size with a pen or pencil then use a ruler to measure the length. That would be your wrist size. - Care instructions - I do not recommend swimming, showering, sleeping or bathing whilst wearing jewellery. It may damage the beads & metal component parts & will shorten the lifespan of the product. - Gift wrapping & packaging - All items ordered will be wrapped in bubble wrap for protection, & shipped in a bubble mailer.
