What I recommend to help you better understand sizing is to measure your wrist & add on .5" & that’s the size bracelet that will fit the best. Example: A wrist that measures 6.5" around, you would order a size 7" bracelet. These bracelets are made with a stretchy string but it’s still important to order the right size so it can slip over your hand easy. HOW TO MEASURE: To measure: Wrap a measuring tape around your wrist (where you wear a bracelet). If you don’t have a measuring tape you can use a piece of string or strip of paper. Then mark the length & measure it with a ruler. DON’T FORGET TO ADD ON A 1/2" FOR A STANDARD FIT. If you prefer a looser fit then ADD ON 1".
