Here in the shop we call them fringe or shaggy beads & we use them to make bracelets & earrings. They measure approx 3mm X 4mm with a .8mm hole. 22 gauge wire fits easily & some 20 gauge wire & jump rings rings will also. Our preference is 22 gauge 3mm ID Jump Rings.
