Each chair does have flaws as you can see in the pictures but nothing that keep them from being usable . Chairs are approximately 35 inches high, 17.5 inches deep & 19.5 inches wide. the seat sits about 18 inches off the ground. This table is a bit different the main table top is 42 in diameter circle but this table comes with an 18inch leaf! The table has minor/fixable cosmetic flaws on the legs see pictures. Most of which is paint loss. Legs are sturdy no structural flaws. You can pick up this or I can deliver if you are close to Lancaster for a small fee.
