This vintage mid century modern “Lotus” white on chrome armchair was designed by American husband & wife team Erwine & Estelle Laverne for Laverne International circa 1950. The iconic design features clean lines & elegant curves. The one-piece, lotus-shaped white lacquered molded fiberglass seat has a smooth satin finish interior & textured exterior & the graceful base is made of chrome-plated steel. CONDITION Excellent vintage condition with wear consistent with age & use. White fiberglass is bright & clean. Chrome has minor patina.
