Incredibly unique & ancient this antique woven armchair stool. Counter height stool almost like a directors chair but doesn’t fold up, with back, super solid & comfortable. Great texture as the wicker/rattan is made of a rawhide, super durable & sinewy. If that is a word….:) I fell in love with these ( there were two ) even though these rattan stools were on the more primitive & distressed side of things! I have one at my counter - it is a little taller & it has proved worth it as I now can sit more comfortably at my counter & work on the computer vs. a stool without a footrest or a back. Much better! Condition: 8.4/10 These are definitely wonderful chairs ( I am using one at my counter! ) & solid & sturdy. I washed them to spray off some of the chipping of finish but it’s still chipping. These are distressed, antique armchair stools, made of rawhide/sinew that has been stained. The stain is flaking off & some of the rawhide is busted.
