This is my take on the elegant modern lounge chair designed in Sweden by Folke Ohlsson for Dux of Sweden in the 1950s. I’ve updated the design & proportions to reflect a modern ascetic that complements any décor. This chair is very supportive, & comfortable enough to allow you to lose yourself in a book, or binge popcorn while watching a movie. The solid walnut wood frame, high-density foam cushions with your choice of fabric, all add up to a chair that will complement your room & last a lifetime. True to the time period of the original, I’ve used Pirelli webbing on the seat to provide durability & lasting comfort. The cushion fabrics chosen are as durable as they are beautiful, however I know they are not to everyone’s taste so if you have a fabric you like better or are looking to match an existing piece, please reach out to me as I have access to thousands of colors & patterns.
