This mermaid ONE first birthday high chair banner is sure to be a hit with your guests. It is so incredibly pretty with its satin ribbons & tulle accents. It includes shades of purple, lavender, 2 shades of aqua & light blue in both tulle & ribbon cuts. The Ribbon Garland is approximately 2.5 ft wide & hangs about 9" long. It is made of gorgeous satin ribbons & tulle. It is strung on a piece of white twine which allows extra on each end for hanging. The ONE banner letters are approximately 4" tall & feature cute starfish & seashell accent. They are made out of high quality glitter cardstock in the color of your choice (see last picture) & really sparkle. They are glitter on the front & white on the back.
