View B case is lined & has neck strap. View C case has zipper & grommets to fit in a standard US size binder. View D case has zipper. Applique pattern included. Pattern envelope has minor folds due to storage (see pictures). Pattern sheets are uncut. This is for a sewing pattern only, not a finished product. Each Pattern is protected in a plastic sleeve. I use padded envelopes & place cardboard in each one for safe & secure shipping. Patterns come from a Smoke Free home.
