This vintage dollhouse sideboard is made by artist T. Tucker from a 192 year old yew tree, as signed by the artist on the bottom. It’s in good condition for the age, with a fine satin finish, three working drawers & hand carved cabriole legs. It has a very unusual grain in the wood. There is an area on the top that appears to be a shape of some object. 1:12 scale, 6" long x 2 1/2" wide x 2 1/2" tall PLEASE READ ALL SHOP POLICIES BEFORE PURCHASING ANY ITEMS. I try to put flaws into the descriptions but I may not see them all. If you receive an item that you find flawed or you do not like it for any reason, you can return it in ITS ORIGINAL BOX for a full refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. I do not give discounts after item is received, only refunds. If your item arrives broken or damaged in shipping I will refund you the shipping cost, or if you want to return it I will refund you once I have received the item back in ITS ORIGINAL BOX. I ship within 1-3 days of purchase & will carefully pack your precious item. For more expensive items (greater than $500) I add insurance up to the amount of the item. If you want signature on receipt, please let me know at the time of purchase. If you purchase multiple items at the same time, I will combine shipping & refund you the shipping cost overage after I have the total shipping cost. International orders will be processed on an individual basis. Shipping costs, extreme delays & lost packages are very unfortunate but common. I will contact you to discuss, but I will not be able to refund your money for lost or excessively delayed orders. You are of course able to cancel your order before shipping. I will not “bargain” my prices on request for individual items. I understand that some of my items are costly, but I don’t offer discounts on my items unless I am running a sale or a coupon. I try to price the items fairly & competitively but many are one of a kind & true works of art or rare antiques. I do not do third party sales & I will only ship directly to the purchaser of the item.
