I can definitely say that this chair is the chair of my youth. This design was very popular in former Yugoslavia in mid century as a chair for students & for events as it is very compact & useful. The desk chair was created in minimalist Scandinavian style which is almost timeless. I too had a chair like that as a teenager. This is legendary Italian design folding chair by Aldo Jacober for Alberto Bazzani in the 1960’s. The wood is beech & the chair features a wooden structure which can be folded up for easy storage & transport. This office chair is a great classic industrial design icon from Mcm which impresses with its simplicity & practicality. Made in Yugoslavia by the Slovenian company STOL Kamnik.
