With encased elastic, it fits all shopping carts (Sam’s, Costco, Target & Walmart to name a few), I haven’t found one that it does not fit on. This very easy to use….even with one hand. Fabric Description: This is a brand new fabric. Timeless Treasures, southwestern inspired. Colors include black, grey, burgundy, shades of brown, maroon, orange, gold & turquoise. Jet black is the reverse fabric. Highlights include: FULLY PADDED with batting for increased softness & comfort (stitched in various areas to prevent bunching. TRIPLE LAYER OF BATTING at the front of the cover, where most forehead bumps occur. Reinforced leg holes that are stitched & covered with extra wide bias tape. Reinforced holes for seat belt straps (straps not included). Large 5" x 7" front pocket, plus a smaller side pocket Fabric loops to hold favorite toys or pacifier on by rings (rings not included).
