Late 1980’s/early 90’s era Gunne Sax by Jessica McClintock. Black rayon velvet, with an acetate satin cummerbund type waist. Zip & double-button closure in back. Classic pencil skirt style, high waisted. Tagged as size 11, fits more like a 4/6 US by modern standards. Measures 28" at the waist, 29" at the hip. No stretch, compare the measurements with a non-stretch skirt you have at home that fits well. 28" long. Excellent condition, just got back from the drycleaners.
