This Gray Tulle skirt is a Gray / Black combination of tulle layered to create this smoky color, but ANY solid or color combination can be made. This Gorgeous Tulle Skirt can be made in ANY color, length, or size. The lining & waistband is crafted with a soft satin fabric & has a zipper & hook/eye closure in back. Elastic can be added to the back of the waistband, however only allows for a little wiggle room.
