You can use a string to wrap around your wrist or neck (very snugged, no wiggle room) & then lay it on a ruler or use a tape measure. To deep clean, soak your piece in a solution of equal parts warm water & baking soda for a few minutes. Rinse with warm water, allow to air dry & polish with a soft cloth. This will remove the tarnish & dullness, keeping your gold fill like new.
