A little bit about our notepad: a five-minute daily notepad that nurtures your mental health & self confidence through morning & evening routines. This notepad was created for intentional living for mindful busy bees. Drawing on the power of positive self talk, we created this five-minute notepad as a tool dedicated to building resilience & nurturing your mental health during these crazy times. Each notepad includes a guide on how to set intentions during morning routines, & reflect on our day in the evening. We build trust & confidence in ourselves when we have integrity with our intentions, beliefs, & actions. We suggest creating an Affirmation Jar (see below) with this notepad & a jar you have at home. The Affirmation Jar At the end of each day, you can tear off the page, fold it up, & add it to a clear container - your affirmation jar. We chose the gingko leaf & magnolia flower to be represented in this beautiful enamel pin because they represent resilience, longevity, & hope. The pin design also contains a kintsugi-inspired vase. Kintsugi has a Japanese wabi sabi philosophy of celebrating & highlighting the pottery’s history of fractures rather than attempting to cover them. Kintsugi can also be a reflective, soothing art form for the artist as it is an intentional practice of recognizing the beauty in the imperfections. Kintsugi offers an empowering metaphor for life - knowing that we can never be truly broken, but rather our scars & imperfections make us the beautiful, resilient beings that we are. This pin is a constant reminder of your own magnificent ability to overcome & grow through challenging times.
