These cute little doll dresses come with little ruffle leg pants. We have 3 designs available so pease select the style you want from dropdown list. These little dresses do fit my silicone dolls from 12 to 14 inches. They may fit smaller or larger it just depends on the build of the body of your doll. I have but a inch measuring tape nest to them to help you decide the size for you. Just becsuse they fit my dolls does not mean they will fit yours.
