Danish Style Tambour Door Rolltop Teak Storage Unit by Eppco Enterprises, Made in Thailand, 1980’s The teak wood on this desktop storage unit is absolutely beautiful making it a fantastic addition to any wall, desk or counterspace. These mid-century wall cabinets are the best, are hard to find, & work great for so many different purposes. This piece would make a fantastic spice cabinet, tea cabinet in an office, for toilet paper storage, small books, cassettes, the options are limitless. My guess is that this was originally made for a CD collection because they fit perfectly on both shelves. I love how this piece provides such great storage & it looks excellent while doing so. This piece is vintage & does show some signs of previous use. There are some mild scratch marks & a little more wear on the top, but it has been freshly conditioned with a high-quality product. The doors slide well & are in great condition. This piece once had two sliding dividers so there is a little indentation in that area on both shelves. If you choose to use this for something smaller like spices, this cabinet might work best if you flipped it upside down so the shelves are completely flat (see photo 8 to see it flipped over). If you choose to flip it over, it might be easier to use it for countertop storage or it would just need added hanging supplies because it has been made to hang in the original direction so the screws can slide into a secure position. The makers mark reads: Eppco Enterprises Inc., Made in Thailand, & I am pretty sure the middle line says Cleveland Ohio Dimensions: 18" wide, 8-1/8" deep, 12-1/4" tall Inside dimensions: shelves are about 5-1/4" deep, 14-1/2" wide, the bottom shelf has 5-3/8" clearance on the height for storing items & the top is about 5-1/4" Thank you for your interest!
