We strive to ship orders within 24 hours but depending on orders I like to get the out as late as 48 hours. This item is customized using a laser engraver, which passes over & burns the text into the material. The engraving is of high quality, is meant to last, & is capable of making fairly deep markings on wood. We offer many different engraving options please send me a message I can only have so many options available at checkout. I will put anything you would like it to say ;) When you are on the last page of the checkout, under the Submit Order button, there is a box where you can “Add an optional note to the seller.” Please use this box to leave engraving instructions. If you happen to neglect this step, simply send us an Etsy message with the instructions. Please be as detailed as possible. Due to the custom nature of this product, we cannot accept refund requests. Please know that I try & get these out as fast as I can & with that being said there are very good chances that your item will be started right when purchased. Please ensure all contact information shipping & Apt number is correct prior to purchase. We are not responsible for undelivered or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address If we get it back as undeliverable you will then have to accommodate shipping charges in order for us to send it back to you. We will ensure your item is packaged securely. We are not responsible for packages that are damaged or destroyed in transit. We can not be liable for what the postal service does with the packages, we do our job to package it up but once it leaves our location we’re not reliable for lost or damaged goods.
