IMPORTANT INFORMATION: We make the pillows by hand / sew them to your order (color, fabric type, size). It is a personalized product, therefore we do not accept returns. Please consider shopping carefully. ATTENTION - The pillow is shipped in a vacuum bag for transport. This reduces its volume by 75%. After receiving the package, open the bag & the pillow will return to its normal appearance. The fabric may wrinkle during transport, which is not a reason for complaint.
