Cool memphis style table lamp made by the German company Brilliant during the 1980’s - 1990’s. It’s made in a mix of plastic & metal in a bright colors & is really an eye-chaching design shaped as a bird. It’s possible to turn the rod with the shade & also can the position on the shade be adjusted, but only in two positions, which you can see on the last two pictures. There is an on / off switch on the base. The light is in good condition & it still has the original label from Brilliant saying the model number is 52113. Please notice that the lamp only will work in countries with 220 - 230 volt.
