These can include splits, dents, nail holes, saw marks, spray paint, staining & natural curves & bowing in the wood… Regardless of these distinctive marks, each piece is carefully tailored to assure a sound, solid & lasting piece of furniture that is both beautiful & functional. The wood we use - scaffold boards & salvage wood - comes from a life mainly spent outdoors. Each board has been exposed to different previous life experiences & therefore each table will show this differently. We make each piece using the same joinery & surface treatment.
