Using a measuring tape, wrap it around your wrist (not tight but not loose). Add 1/2" to your measurement before choosing size. if you do not have a measuring tape, you can use a piece of string/yarn/ribbon, etc & wrap it around the same way & then measure against a ruler (make sure to add 1/2") Everything is handmade.
